I build products end-to-end — from Flutter mobile apps to backend APIs to cloud infrastructure. Currently running the full technology function at a $900K ARR early childhood startup, leading a team of 5+ engineers and shipping things that actually move the needle.

Built a brand new 1-on-1 in-home tutoring product from zero — teacher mobile app, parent scheduling portal, sales booking system, session audit workflows, and BI dashboards. All of it.
Rebuilt the entire payments infrastructure from 2 to 6 providers across 4 countries. Subscriptions, gift cards, coupons, affiliate tracking, in-app purchases, and webhook reconciliation.
Led AI Parent Coach from proof-of-concept through full production deployment. Also shipped Voice AI calling via Retell AI and built automated customer support workflows.
Planned and executing full AWS-to-GCP migration. Reduced staging costs by moving App Engine to VMs, hardened security, automated database backups, and negotiated $40K in cloud credits.
Built interactive data visualizations for national nutrition and public health projects in collaboration with UNICEF. Mentored 20+ students and BMC officials on GIS tools.
Co-authored peer-reviewed research on mapping febrile illness hotspot stability in Punjab using spatial clustering and regression analysis. Published in BMC Public Health.
